Hello my name is Shelia Warren Poe. I wanted to share my experience with being a part of Prayer in the City and why it means so much to me. I’ve seen lives change because of Prayer in the City. Whether it was at Prayer Mountain or at one of the remote church’s. Many lives have been transformed. God is calling us to use the one weapon that truly works and that is prayer. The faithfulness of Minister Jacqueline and her team is to be respected. Over the years I have benefited from Adventure and Victory programs. From the resale store when I came home from prison. To the Destiny Chasers and Dream Builders class. The class taught me about self love and the voice that was inside of me. I’m so grateful to this mighty woman of God and this wonderful and blessed ministry. Thank you and looking forward to seeing you guys every 3rd Saturday either on zoom or in the room. God bless. I am especially thankful to God for answered prayers and testimonies through Adventury Victory, Destiny Chasers & Dream Builders and Jacqueline Johnson's faithfulness to keep pushing and encouraging. I have personally witnessed the power of prayer for over 8 years on the prayer line. I do know that the power of prayer changes things! Pray without ceasing Thessalonians 5:17

I was quiet, shy, reserved and didn’t talk or share anything personal about myself.
I’ve suffered from depression, fear anxiety and sickness, but I signed up for Adventure Victory because I needed someone to connect to who could help me get through the rocky places.

My Mentor is kind, loving, strong, generous, compassionate, consistent and the list goes on… I enjoyed the classes and got some good tips I could use in my personal and professional life. I enjoyed the finance sessions given by the Adventure Victory partners. I especially enjoy sharing with other women what I learned from my Mentor. Many ongoing GOD-ordained connections have been formed as a result.

I have grown tremendously as a Mentee of Adventure Victory. I’ve come far from the back side of the mountains to the forefront, and it’s for His glory. I have gained confidence, positive self esteem, stability, consistency, and improved in my speaking and social skills. I’ve blossomed into a better person spiritually, relationally, and mentally. I’m thankful for Adventure Victory because it was the missing piece to my puzzle.

In November of 2015 the LORD gave me a vision for a prayer ministry that I had sitting on the shelf. I believe I was inspired as a result of having a Mentor in my life to step out on faith to push and give birth to it. Well, I finally started the ministry and I have seen results from it. PTL
Iron sharpens iron so it’s important to have a Mentor in your life who you can trust, can give you direction, inspiration, pray for you, and help birth the vision that GOD has given you.

My name is Jacqueline Stewart, the CEO of Thy Kingdom Come Prayer Ministry. I’ve known Jacqueline Johnson for a few years hearing her lead us in prayer at the Sister To Sister 5K Walk.

One day she invited me to be my mentor at one of her 8-week mentoring Thursday night sessions. It was one of the best decisions I’ve made to join and be a part of a positive outpouring of information to help me to go to the next level in the ministry that the Lord had placed in my heart.

During the beginning weeks sessions, I was challenged to create “My Story” from one of my life journeys that would help create an atmosphere to someone life to make a choice to choose Jesus Christ. All 8 sessions have been so helpful to me to keep the right mindset of what is important to the purpose of what is needed for my prayer ministry. Her inspiration to teach, guide, and instruct our classes has given me so many tools in how to focus on what is important as I journey toward what God has called me to do.

From my first story “Love Found Me”, to building my goals and being encouraged to become the best of me to give to those who would benefit from my prayer ministry was delivered all in just 8 weeks.
I love my time with Destiny Chaser class sessions and recommend it to anyone who wants to be mentored by someone who gives their all to push your gift to the surface.

When I came to Destiny Chasers & Dream builders I was lost, broken, and shameful of what I was going through. My mind was all over the place, and I could not figure out how to stop my world from spinning.

Jacqueline Johnson and her team helped me build myself up so that I could become the best version of myself for my daughter and others. The coaching helped me gain confidence in myself, while teaching me to heal and how to work on my credit.

My transformation began when I started to really let go. Let go of the pain and hurt that I was experiencing. I learned to write my thoughts out on paper and since then have published several books. Her personal development coaching has taught me how to share my story and share it well! I thank God for Adventure & Victory because I have grown tremendously and met some amazing women in the group.
